Exciting News
Taylor Made Blooms can now offer a complete service for all your floral needs, meaning just one supplier for all those gorgeous floral designs whether in fresh of artificial flowers.
We have been currently trialing the fusion of using high quality faux flower designs alongside some of our couples fresh designs. With no big announcements we just wanted to see how it went and how this was received by our clients.

Well this has been a fantastic experience for both our couples and for us…and no one has spotted the faux designs with some guests even thinking they were real..this has meant we could help bring more to our couples special day.
We have a few weddings this year that have opted for full venue styling with faux florals and all that goes with that, but keeping their bouquets and buttonholes made with fresh flowers so they have that scent, texture and unique beauty. Being an experienced florist allows us to offer the best of both worlds, meaning you don’t need a venue stylist in one company and then trying to find a florist from another company. This makes perfect sense to us to provide both.
The good news is we are now pleased to say we are taking bookings for a full venue styling hire service that includes faux designs and all those special extras such as:
Glass candleabras
Gold/silver candleabras
Milk churns
Large selection of glass bud vases
Gold/Silver/glass footed bowls

THE WEDDING INDUSTRY AWARDS NATIONAL FINALS LIVERPOOL 2026
(TWIA)
So on the 21st January 2026 we headed off to the biggest awards of the year, I still couldn’t believe I was an actual National Finalist for Best Florist. I was so nervous.
All I can say is ‘Wow’ what a night at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool, the buzz was unreal. Full of the best suppliers from around the UK all under one roof, I couldn’t take it all in! The one thing that struck me was just how much talent there was and how much support is shown for each and every supplier. There is no competition, just amazing friendly support and when anyones name is called, the roar in the room is unforgettable. Something you just can’t imagine.
In my category there were 9 Regional Florist Winners, all super talented from different regions across the uk, it was a very special club to be in. I was pinching myself.
I spent the evening enjoying the atmosphere, the food, the entertainment and then it was time to take our seats for the awards.
We sat sharing the experience with another florist who we had recognised from social media posts. Her and her husband sat with my husband and I and it was lovely to sit and chat and we talked about our life in the wedding industry. It’s so nice to listen to their experiences. We shared probably too much prosecco lol, bonded and made plans to see each other again. I told her she was going to win, I already knew it was her night..her work is wonderful!
Then the time came… we wished each other luck, held hands and held our breaths together …and yes just I predicted, her name was called. OMG, I screamed for her, I was so happy for her! It’s so lovely to see your fellow industry friends have that special moment in their life that is clearly so meaningful, the icing on the top for them. To see the joy is incredible. So a huge congratulations to the lovely Rachel from Blossom and Kelp, a fabulously talented florist and a lovely lady too.
These awards are special, that happiness I felt for Rachel was authentically real, we all go to these awards knowing we have already won our region and that is the best feeling ever, we feel so lucky to be there, to be reconised in our industry as one of the best. We feel disbelief that we got that far and of course always hoping our names are called. However we also know that whoever wins the top national spot is incredibly deserving and we are truly over the moon for that winner. Its the best night ever and a real feel good moment.
What makes these awards so special, is that it is voted for by our clients, our work is judged by our peers in the industry and not based on number of votes. Its a fair judging process for all sized businesses. A big thank you to Damian and everyone at TWIA as without you, we wouldn’t make the friendships we do, the connections we make and we wouldn’t have the fantastic experience we do that these awards bring.
So what next? Well for now i’m prepping and gearing up for another very busy year ahead, but I will of course look forward to hopefully being in TWIA 2027! Who Knows.
Today i’m sat reading my amazing feedback from you all when you voted for me, which I’ve only just had time to really sit down and take in and wow, I feel extremely emotional. I can’t believe all the wonderful things you have had to say about Taylor Made Blooms and about me personally. I have one message to all my couples : Thank you, thank you. You have no idea what it means to me that you love what I create for you, that you feel you have had a super positive experience with me as your florist and it always feel an immense privilege to be a part of your day. I wouldn’t be happier doing anything else.
I will share some of your wonderful feedback soon xx
Thank you again

THE WEDDING INDUSTRY AWARDS 2026
(TWIA)
Wow what a night that was… I can’t believe I actually won!
So on Tuesday night I nervously got glammed up to go the the prestigious Twia Awards. I was going there actually hoping in some ways that my name wasn’t called as the thought of having to get up in front of everyone was making me feel quite overwhelmed. Its mad really as I speak with people every single day but the light shining on me?, nooo thanks, that makes me nervous haha. I genuinely would of been happy to spend the evening congratulating everyone else that were called as winners and highly commended. The other fabulous florists in my category are so super talented I really went with no expectations at all.
Then the most amazing thing happened….Taylor Made Blooms was called out, I couldn’t believe it, wow, really, how the heck did that happen? It was all of a bit of a whirlwind and there I was being handed a trophy! Was I dreaming? There’s always an element of Imposter sydrome at the best of times, doubting myself, but here I was celebrating my little business. I will never forget that moment.
What makes these awards special for me and why I think they are the best in the industry, is that no matter if you do 10 or 100 weddings a year, the fact that we are judged by industry experts and more importantly what our couples say about us really cements recognition for all our efforts and hard work. Thank you so much to everyone who judged Taylor Made Blooms, and to everyone at TWIA. I had the best night and I can’t thank all my couples enough for taking the time to vote for me, winning North West Florist of the Year on our 10 year anniversary is just the most amazing way to celebrate a decade of doing what I love the most. Thank you to each and everyone of you who have supported my small business, and trusted me to bring your floral vision to life on the biggest day of your life, I really do have the best clients. I never take it for granted and I know that every small buisness could face it all coming to an end tomorrow. I hope im around for another decade making your floral dreams come true!!
The National Finals take place in January 2026 in Liverpool, I’m so very excited!
